Triple Goddess

Bless you
Bless me
Mother holds the Earth
Crone watches over the sea

Maiden calls my name
Telling me to fly away
Offering purple horizons
Far from home
My comfort zone

Heart too green to stay closed
Craving growth
So we can color the world
Longing to touch
To express this passion rush

Escaping a wakeful dreaming
With recycled meanings
New and old
I want out of this foggy daze
Searching through the Mother's maze

Life can't be a labyrinth
With so many paths to explore
The division of Ego
Holds so many doors

With the Seasons

Surrounded by beauty
A world of orange, yellow, and red
I want to join the other trees
But I'm stuck inside my head

I can feel the change inside
My leaves are falling off
This fresh air turns me cold
While the wind around me scoffs

Frost might sparkle on bare branches
But it won't attract the birds
So i turn back to faithful paper
And struggle to find the words

Grey skies cleanse their tired earth
So when it pours it rains
Weeping willows collect the ink
That runs throughout their veins

The sap that tells a story
Of the Great Mother's trials
Flowing through Akashic records
To find the karmic files
